  1. I’m Back beheaded in Thailand in a few weeks doing research on new books for the travel industry. I came across this book and it was clear that the same book that I use on a previous trip to Thailand (2008). Another of my friends used Lonely Planet. As one commentator has noted, this is a book for those who are too strict with the money sprengen.Frommer has been a laughingstock for the rest of our trip (6 weeks). There are a few useful maps in the book. If you only bought this book, I do not see how you could even consider efficient travel across the country. We wanted to go to some small towns have been listed in the Lonely Planet, but were not even in erwähnt.Backpackers Frommer’s should stay away from this book at all costs. . . Be warned. . . The only what is useful to use the pages the emergency TP. Rating: 5.1

  2. I must say that this guide is a quide ugly that I read in my life. No picture, less detail and humor, actitivies insufficient, lack of high card (most cards have been pointless to use a large area in small map where you want to go), and most activities were much more expensive, such as hotel, food, and how to get one place to another (I mean a big city to another city, how about talking about less and less expensive). For example, in Bangkok, most tourists want to go see the Grand Palace, residence of the king, and leaders say they do to the taxi, motorbike or tuk-tuk, which is significantly more expensive to take. She said not to go one way it could be less difficult to bus number 15 (I) or U-Bahn and then the boat to the Grand Palace. (Of course, it will last longer and cheaper.) But this is not what most people want to do everything just to find out more and cheaper? The fact is, it’s technical guide for people who have lots of money and not really important if the seller sells at full price or better Luxus.Mein proposed by the Lonely Planet is to be taken, whether a year or so old, they are always more important than the Frommer Travel Guides. I no longer check the Frommer’s and I find them all absolutely worthless and I made a terrible travelers who want to see almost everything in Thailand, I did not. I pushed the blame for the Frommer.Go Lonely Planet on most objectives. like Vietnam, Thailand, Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and many others. . . It is important to see enough pictures, you encourage people to see. Lack of image will only make large cities and that’s all. Rating: 5.2

This guide has been heavy on my trip soon. I had the LP GMS book was so good, and the small part of Thailand to the one for me better than a whole book about the country. As the college-aged travelers on a tight budget, I found that hotels and restaurants were listed in the rule my reach. Something like “budget” would be mid-range or more. Basic information and so on was very good, but when it comes to recommendations I found Rough Guide and Lonely Planet to be more my speed suggestions. I have often been able, something that does not seem to find the same quality and cheaper. For people looking to book a holiday, and a higher budget this is for you. Rating: 5.2

Book has good details on places to eat and shop. We already had a hotel, so we did not use that section.

  5. Jeff Ammons says:

This guide is designed for luxury travelers. It is absent in the hotel and restaurant options for budget travelers. If I had known before I bought it, I would not have bought. He can travel to Thailand more difficult than it would with a budget of more books like Lonely Planet friendly were sein.Jedoch what is said when you look to go in Thailand and enjoy its luxury resort, this book is in order. It all major tourist tips computer and get pretty decent cards. Rating: 5.3
