Hi there, I was wondering what shin pads you use. I have been looking for some for ages but they are all to stiff. I need some more flexible ones that cover the knee and shin. Hope you can help, thanks!

great, i think i saw a piece of my jogging track. Not far from the PATS letters, good place for running and biking with a steep hill and the air is clean. I think thai police will fine you if they see you busy
yeah indeed, most vids are in sinq with the soundtrack. When you change the song, you might aswell re-edit the whole video. That’s why I like Vimeo.

My friend has has loads of vids removed due to copyright. all the replacement song are pretty rubbish too.
I know I know, but I did it just quickly and want to put some go go girls too later. Also they are removing vids all the time for copyright reasons.
Its an Echo Team Frame i think! it is a lovely vid just as i said before it just could do with some half decent music as a backround to the breaks. I faved it so i can learn of it
